Universal Warm-Up System

Every session at every age window starts here. The five-component warm-up protocol from Chapter 11 prepares the nervous system before any technical work begins. Do not skip it.

Find your athlete's window.

Each window trains a different quality. The age ranges are guidelines: what matters is matching the training to the developmental stage, not the birthday.
